# Cboe Titanium U.S. Customer Web Portal Specification

Version 1.3.22 · August 14, 2026

## Introduction

The Cboe Customer Web Portal offers users a wide variety of tools that allow them to make changes and view information related to their firm. The Customer Web Portal is available for any individual that is associated with a customer utilizing a Cboe platform or service offering.

## Account Creation and Updating Privileges

### New Account Creation

When an individual at a firm needs a new web portal account they should reach out to their organization’s Account Admin. Account Admins are assigned either by an existing Account Admin for an organization or are identified by the firm when their membership/registration is initially approved. In the event a firm does not have an active/valid Account Admin designated for their firm, they may work with Membership Services (312.786.7749 - membershipservices@cboe.com) to have a new Account Admin(s) established.

If needed, the Cboe Trade Desk (913.815.7001 - tradedesk@cboe.com) or the CFE Trade Desk (312.786.8700 - cfetradedesk@cboe.com) can help determine who the Account Admins are for a firm.

The Account Admin for the firm will use the User Management tool to create, edit, or disable accounts for users at the firm.

From time to time, new privileges may need to be added or removed from a customer web portal account. The Account Admin for the firm will use the User Management tool to edit or disable accounts for users at the firm.

## Account

### General Information

The Account box on the left-hand side of the Portal home page contains the name of the user, the firm that the user is associated with, and the previous login date.

This information can be helpful as some users have multiple login ids that are associated with different firms within the Cboe system.

### My Account

The My Account link will show a new page with information about the user and their account, including their username, first name, last name, and email address.

There is also a link at the top of the page where a user can change their password.

### Logout

When the user clicks the Logout link, the current user is logged out of the Portal.

## Member Tools

### Account Home

When a user is directed to a separate page after clicking on a link for one of the tools, the Account Home link will take them back to the home page of the Portal.

### Conformance Certification Tool

The Conformance Certification Tool is available for users who wish to complete one of the Cboe platform certifications on their own. Select the applicable certification script from the drop-down list.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Conformance Certification Tool)_

Click Submit once the necessary information has been populated and a ticket will be created for the Trade Desk to review. To check the status of a pending certification, click view your submissions. This will open a new page with a list of pending certifications and their status in the review process by the Trade Desk.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Conformance Certification Submissions)_

Upon successful completion or rejection of the script, click on any of the scripts to view notes that were added by Trade Desk personnel.

### U.S. Regulatory Complaints, Tips, and Referrals

Members, TPHs, and other market participants wishing to share information or report specific events involving suspicious trading behaviors or potentially violative activities on any of the Cboe-affiliated exchanges should complete the U.S. Regulatory Complaints, Tips and Referrals form, located on Cboe’s Equities, Options, Futures, and FX websites.

### Daily Corporate Action Reports

The Daily Corporate Actions Report contains all corporate actions that are not published in the Daily Distributions report as they are confirmed by Cboe BZX Exchange and the listed company.

More information regarding this report can be found in the Cboe BZX Exchange U.S. Listings Corporate Actions Specification.

### Daily Distribution Reports

The Daily Distributions report contains corporate actions categorized as distributions as they are confirmed by Cboe BZX Exchange and the listed company.

More information regarding this report can be found in the Cboe BZX Exchange U.S. Listings Corporate Actions Specification.

### Daily Listed Securities Reports

The Daily Listed Securities report contains essential information regarding each issue listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange.

More information regarding this report can be found in the Cboe BZX Exchange U.S. Listings Corporate Actions Specification.

More information can be found in the US Data Recipient Declarations User Manual.

### Data Products

The Data Products tool is available for web portal users to subscribe to Cboe historical market data in a file format. The page is split out by each individual exchange, which includes the Cboe Equities, Options, and European exchanges.

Click on the link for each product to see a new screen with a brief description of the product.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Data Products Tool)_

Use the Subscribe button to subscribe to that market data. This will bring up a new screen where the user can specify the start date and end date of their subscription. The user can also specify if they would like any previous months of historical data. Historical data is available for the three prior months.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Historical Market Data)_

Once there is an active subscription, the available files will be accessible from the market data downloads section below.

### Email Subscription Management

The Email Subscription Management Tool allows customers to manage subscriptions to various Cboe email distribution lists, including, but not limited to, Fee Schedules, System Status notifications, Trade Desk Updates, and Schedule Updates.

Customers may request subscription to additional distributions lists not displayed within the tool by contacting their designated Trade Desk team.

Distribution list subscriptions are managed at the email address level. When multiple web portal accounts are associated with the same email address, all distribution lists applicable to those accounts will be displayed within the tool.

Cboe reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available subscription options at any time without prior notice.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Update Subscription)_

To unsubscribe from any mailing list, clear the check box and then select Update Subscriptions.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Unsubscribe from All Distribution Lists)_

### LMM ETP IPO Price Bands Tool (Effective 09/21/26)

The Lead Market Maker (LMM) Exchange Traded Product (ETP) Initial Public Offering (IPO) Price Bands Tool allows LMMs to specify and approve the price bands of any ETP security where they are designated as the LMM on IPO day. Access to the tool is granted to LMMs by the Account Administrator.

The tool displays only those ETP securities scheduled to IPO on the current trading day for which the user is designated as the LMM. For each security, the tools provides the following information:

- Current Indicative Price
- Open Price and Matched Volume (upon successful completion of the auction)
- Imbalance and Imbalance Side
- Upper and Lower Price Bands (default: +/– $0.10)
- Last Approved Indicative Price
- Last Approved Upper and Lower Price
- Status

Approval is available between 8:00 a.m. ET and 9:45 a.m. ET.

For the first approval, the LMM must approve the current Indicative Price (since no last approved Indicative Price exists).

_(Figure: Figure 1. Approve Current Indicative Price)_

_(Figure: Figure 2. Adjust Price Bands)_

_(Figure: Figure 3. Approve Subsequent Price Bands)_

There is no limit on the number of price band adjustments an LMM may make between auction execution attempts.

_(Figure: Figure 4. Validation Check Status)_

The tool displays No ETP IPOs Today if there are no ETP securities scheduled to IP on the current trading day for which the user is designated as the LMM.

### Latency Stats

The Latency Stats tool is part of the Premium Exchange Tools suite. See Premium Exchange Tools for more information.

The Latency Stats tool shows a summary of latency statistics regarding a firm’s FIX or BOE order entry ports on each of the Cboe exchanges. The latency is broken out into four sections: Order to Ack, Cancel to Out, Order to Quote, and TCP Ack from Member.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Latency Stats Tool)_

Click on the graph next to each session to view latency information for each individual session.

### Logical Port Request

The Logical Port Tool allows users to submit requests for logical port sessions (i.e., Match Capacity Allocations in BZX Equities and CFE) on Cboe exchanges. Sessions that may be requested include order entry ports, drop ports, and market data ports. There are three options available on the logical port request form (Add, Modify or Delete) as shown in the screenshot below.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Logical Port Request Tool)_

Populate the My Contact Information page with the current user’s contact information. When a user would like to submit a new request, they have the option to enter contact information for a billing contact as well as a technical contact. This is optional and not required to submit the request.

#### Requesting a New Session

When submitting a request to add a new session, specify the exchange on which the session should be established. If new sessions are being added to multiple exchanges, then separate requests will need to be submitted. The MPID/EFID specified will be where the new session is billed to. After the exchange and MPID/EFID are selected, specify whether this session will be established in the Production or Certification environment.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Request New Session)_

The last portion that is required to be filled out is the type of port that is being requested. The same port types are available between the Equities and Options exchanges with the exception of Bulk Enabled BOE ports and Purge ports. Bulk quote ports are only available on the Options exchange. Purge ports are available on the Options, Equities, and Futures exchanges.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Port Types)_

At the bottom of the request form, users may add additional notes for the request. This can include what existing port to copy or specify which drop session the new session should be added to.

_(Figure: Figure 3. Additional Notes)_

Click Submit once all of the information is added to the request. This sends the request to the Trade Desk to process. Once the processing is complete, the Trade Desk will reply to the user with the details for the new session. Newly created sessions are always available the next day.

#### Modifying a Logical Port

The process for submitting a modify request is very similar to the process for submitting an add request. The main difference between the add request and modify request is the Session Information section of the request.

Most modifications are effective the next day. However, some modifications can be made the same day. The Trade Desk will notify the user if any of the requested modifications cannot be made effective the same day the request was received.

The Session Information section of the modify request contains session identification information for the sessions of the firm for which the user is associated. The user can select any number of the listed sessions to be modified in the request.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Modify a Logical Port)_

In the Additional Notes section of the request, state what changes should be made to the listed sessions.

Click Submit once all the information is added. This sends the request to the Trade Desk to process. Once processing is complete, the Trade Desk will reply to the user with confirmation of the modifications.

#### Deleting a Logical Port

The process for submitting a deletion request for a logical port is very similar to the process for a modify request. When submitting a delete request, the user will fill out contact information and select any number of ports they would like deleted. They can also choose to fill in any additional people to notify upon completion of the request as well as any additional notes.

The optional Decommission Date (After Close of Business) field allows logical port deletions to be schedulable up to two weeks in advance. If a decommission date is not specified, the logical port deletion will be effective for the current trading day after the close of business. On screen confirmation will be provided upon submission of a deletion request, and confirmation will also be provided by email after the request has been reviewed by Trade Desk personnel.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Delete a Logical Port)_

### Market Data Peak Statistics

The Market Data Peak Stats tool provides users with the ability to download files that capture market data peak statistics for the Cboe Equities One Feed, BYX Equities, BZX Equities, EDGA Equities, EDGX Equities, BZX Options, C1 Options, C2 Options, and EDGX Options Exchanges, and CFE. Files include matching engine, measurement interval, message rate, and data transfer rate details. A summation of all matching engine data is presented in fields labeled feed_instance where the value is zero (0).

Files are created daily in a downloadable .csv file format. Daily files will be available for download on a T+1 basis. Members can also download a file that contains the historical maximum peaks for the lifetime of the exchange.

This tool requires the Market Data Administrator privilege. Firm Account Administrators may grant the Market Data Administrator privilege to Members using the User Management tool within the Portal.

### MPID/EFID Requests

The MPID/EFID Requests tool provides users with the ability to initiate requests to add new MPIDs and EFIDs, as well as view and remove currently active firm MPIDs and EFIDs. This tool requires the MPID/EFID Request privilege. Firm Account Administrators may grant the MPID/EFID Request privilege to Members using the User Management tool within the Portal.

### Multicast Subscriptions

The Multicast Subscriptions tool shows users a list of multicast market data feeds and the physical connection on which that subscription was made.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Multicast Subscriptions Tool)_

The feed will match the feed name in the appropriate market data technical specification. The connection ID will be the cable ID that was provided by the data center upon completion of the initial set up. The user may sort the columns by clicking on the column headers.

### New Options Listing Request

The New Option Class Listing Request tool is specific to the Cboe Options and CFE. This tool allows customers to request listed options on an underlying Equity, Exchange Traded Product (ETP), or American Depository Receipt (ADR) or CFE Future Product.

_(Figure: Figure 1. New Option Class Listing Request Tool)_

The form will allow multiple symbols to be populated and will provide immediate feedback if one or more symbols fail to meet initial listing requirements outlined in the Exchange rulebooks. The results of a request, including both symbols failing validation and those awaiting further review, will be communicated via email once the form is submitted and reviewed by Cboe.

### New Strike Listing Request

The Strike Listing Request tool is specific to the Cboe Options exchanges. This tool is available for customers to submit new strike listing requests. Once the form is submitted and reviewed by Cboe, the results of the request will be communicated via email.

### Physical Connection Request

The Physical Connection Request tool is used to request a new physical connection to a Cboe platform. The first section will be pre-populated with the user’s information. The user will then populate the Billing and Technical contact information.

Use the remainder of the form to populate information for the new physical connection. Click Submit once finished with the request. The request will be sent to the NOC. Please direct any questions about this form to the Cboe NOC team at noc@cboe.com or 913-815-7005.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Physical Connection Request Tool)_

### Ports

The Ports dashboard within the Logical Ports tool shows information regarding a firm’s logical ports. Click on the tab for each individual exchange to see information for the firm’s ports for a particular exchange. The tool contains information such as the number of open orders, the number of rejects, the total number of orders sent down a session for the day, and the last date the port had a connection.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Logical Ports Tool)_

#### Filters and Port Information

When viewing port information for a particular exchange, these filters can be used to narrow down what ports are shown.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Port Filters)_

The port state filter includes All States, Active State, and Inactive State. All States will include all ports. Ports in Active State will filter by ports that are currently connected. Ports in Inactive State will filter by ports that are not currently connected. The time filter can be set to 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, or all day. This will show port statistics such as open orders, rejects, and total orders in that time frame.

The user also has the ability to view or download the connection information and port settings for their ports from the tool.

_(Figure: Figure 2. View or Download Port Connection Information)_

The Port Connection option will show connection details for the firm’s sessions. This information will include the IP address to connect to and username and password information. This information can be viewed in a pop-up window or downloaded in a .csv file.

The Port Attributes option will show current settings for each of a firm’s sessions. The settings include risk controls, and default behaviors. More information on the settings can be found in the Cboe Titanium U.S. Equities/Options Web Portal Port Controls Specification and in the Cboe Titanium U.S. Equities FIX Specification. This information can be viewed in a pop-up window or downloaded in a .csv file.

### Physical Ports

The Physical Ports tool shows a firm’s physical connections to Cboe. Click Physical Ports to view a page similar to below that lists all of a firm’s physical connections.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Physical Ports Tool)_

The Connection ID is the cable ID for the connection that the data center provides once the initial cabling is complete. Data Center refers to the data center where the connection resides. For our primary data centers this will either be N4 (for NY4) or N5 (for NY5). Connections in our disaster recovery data center will be CH1 or CH4 (Cermak). The Interface IP Address is the address on the interface on the Cboe device. The billing Start and End dates are the dates that billing began and ended for a connection.

Double click the line for a connection to bring up a window with the market data subscriptions that have been flowing over that connection. The Feed column will match the name of the feed from the appropriate market data technical specification.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Market Data Subscriptions for a Connection)_

### Reimbursement Request

Submit the Reimbursement Request form within the Reimbursement Request Tool when a loss has been incurred due to a Cboe systems issue. Provide details within theTrade Event Information and Claim Information sections. The Contact Information section is pre-populated with the user’s contact information.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Reinbursement Request Tool)_

The user should provide details of the trades that incurred the loss as well as the covering trades.

Each of Cboe’s exchanges has a Limitation of Liability rule that users should be aware of when submitting a compensation request. The rule can be found in the associated Exchange Rule Book for each of the exchanges.

### Report Subscriptions

This tool exists to allow customers to subscribe to various Cboe-generated reports and retrieve those reports. The tool currently supports subscriptions for the Timestamping Service.

Reports may be retrieved from the File List area at the bottom of the application.

### User Management

The User Management tool is only available to firm Account Administrators. This tool allows Account Administrators to create new user accounts, edit user privileges, and assign users to access roles. Account Administrators can assign individual privileges for a user or create access roles to define a set of privileges to apply to all user accounts associated with that role.

This tool also allows Account Administrators to add a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) public key for use with Cboe’s secure file transfer service. Account Administrators can add a SFTP public key in the Edit User section of the tool.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Manage Users)_

_(Figure: Figure 2. Manage Access Roles)_

_(Figure: Figure 3. SFTP Access)_

## Exchange Tools

### Accounts Manager

This tool is specific to Cboe Futures Exchange Trading Privilege Holders. CFE requires firms to register specific Accounts that will be used when sending orders for futures and options on futures on the exchange. This tool is used to submit Account registration.

On the main page, you can view all existing enrolled Accounts and initiate a download of account information as a .csv file.

Firms can indicate additional account information in the Allocation/Suspense and Proprietary/Affiliate fields. In the Allocation/Suspense field, select Yes or No to indicate if such an account is used to place an initial order that will be given up to a different external account once traded at the Options Clearing Corporation. In the Proprietary/Affiliate field, select Yes or No to indicate the account is for trading activity being submitted for the TPH or an affiliate of the TPH.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Accounts)_

_(Figure: Figure 2. Add New Account)_

A new Account is added by clicking Add New Account, selecting the EFID from the drop-down, and filling in the account details.

Edit an Account by selecting the edit icon on the line item to bring up the Account Detail page. Disable an account by selecting the disable icon.

### Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters

This tool is specific to the Cboe Futures Exchange. It allows CFE Authorized Reporters to input and accept or reject Block and ECRP Trades. Only CFE Authorized Reporters can successfully submit Block and ECRP Futures and Options trades to the CFE Matching Engine. For options on futures trades, only blocks are supported.

The Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters privilege allows users to view the current listing of CFE Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters for their firm. For each Authorized Reporter, the list displays the following details:

- Clearing Member Name
- OCC/CCUS IDs for the Clearing Firm
- Authorized Reporter name and firm
- Block/ECRP reporting relationship Allowed
- EFID for Block/ECRP reporting
- Date the Authorized Reporter was granted the Block/ECRP reporting privilege

The list can be downloaded as a CSV file. Additionally, the privilege provides a link to the forms needed to add, remove, or modify an Authorized Reporter's Block/ECRP reporting privileges.

### Block and ECRP Trades

This tool is specific to the Cboe Futures Exchange. It allows CFE Authorized Reporters to input and accept or reject Block and ECRP Trades. Only CFE Authorized Reporters can successfully submit Block and ECRP Futures and Options trades to the CFE Matching Engine. For options on futures trades, only blocks are supported. Submission and acceptance of Block and ECRP Trades can also be completed by using the Block/ECRP Trade Reporting service via the Secure Web API. Authorized Reporters may use either the API or the Block/ECRP Trade Reporting Tool to accept trades. Likewise, an Authorized Reporter may use the API to accept a trade even if the originating trade was submitted through the Block/ECRP Trade Reporting Tool. For API details refer to the Cboe Titanium U.S. Secure Web API Specification.

The Block/ECRP Reporting tool supports entry of multi-leg trades of up to four legs. Authorized Reporters will only be able to enter volumes for the first leg. The tool will populate proportional volumes to additional legs for the contra party information for review by the authorized reporter based on the relative leg volumes.

#### Entering Future Block/ECRP Trades

When inputting a trade, the Futures checkbox will be selected by default. If you are inputting an Options on Futures Trade, select the Options on Futures checkbox. See below for additional information about inputting a Futures and Options on Futures trade.

To input a Future trade, confirm the Futures checkbox is selected. Next, select New or Replace and BLOCK or ECRP. After that, select the product type Future from the product type drop-down.

To input an Options on Futures trade, start by selecting the Options on Futures checkbox and select New or Replace. Next, select the product type Options on Futures from the product type drop down. The Transaction Type field will populate BLOCK for all Options on Futures orders (ECRP is not supported).

_(Figure: Figure 1. Block/ECRP Trades Tool)_

_(Figure: Figure 2. Select Trade Type)_

Test symbols will be filtered out of the product list by default. To include test symbols, select the Test checkbox.

_(Figure: Figure 3. Include/Exclude Test Symbols)_

To replace a Future or Options on Futures trade, before selecting the Product field, enter the original Executive ID and populate the applicable Futures or Options on Futures fields accordingly, as described above.

_(Figure: Figure 4. Replace a Trade)_

The required Country field is used to identify the country code of the person or system submitting the order using the ISO 3166 two-character code. Block and ECRP trades that include a country code for a comprehensively sanctioned country on either side of the trade will be rejected.

_(Figure: Figure 5. Related Position Info)_

Next, enter the trade details, the relevant trade times, and the reporting party information.

_(Figure: Figure 6. Trade Details, Relevant Trade Times, Reporting Party Info)_

When entering a counterparty, a new line will appear below to allow for entering additional counterparties (see below). Up to 35 counterparties may be entered.

Authorized Reporters reporting a Block Trade or ECRP transaction on behalf of parties on both sides of the transaction can enter both sides of the trade in a single submission. Authorized Reports can select the Report Trade checkbox to submit and report a trade. If an Authorized Reporter selects the Report Trade checkbox, the additional fields displayed must be populated. If the Report Trade checkbox is not selected, the reporting process will follow the normal Block Trade and ECRP transaction submission workflow.

_(Figure: Figure 7. Counterparties)_

After selecting the Report Trade checkbox and Submit and Report, the Authorized Reporter will be asked to confirm entries before submission. Once confirmed, the trade will be submitted.

_(Figure: Figure 8. Submit and Report)_

After submitting a trade without selecting the Report Trade checkbox, the counterparty will have 10 minutes from the entered Trade Time to accept a BLOCK trade and 30 minutes from the entered Trade Time to accept an ECRP Trade (see CFE Rule 415©(ii), CFE Rule 414(e)(ii)). Therefore, it is important that the Reporting Party provides Counterparties adequate notice prior to entering the trade so the Counterparties may accept trades in the allotted time.

After the trade is submitted (without selecting the Report Trade checkbox), a reference ID will be displayed on the top and bottom of the page and an acceptance email will be sent. Please keep the reference ID for any inquiry/clarification.

_(Figure: Figure 9. Reference ID)_

In addition, a reference ID will be returned by the tool and sent via confirmation email. This ID must be supplied to the contra party in order to pick up the trade.

_(Figure: Figure 10. Reference ID Notification)_

To review an incoming trade, first select Pending Trades and fill in the reference ID of the trade. Once the trade displays, fill in the required fields, then select either Accept or Reject.

_(Figure: Figure 11. Review Incoming Trade)_

Pending trades submitted by your firm and awaiting acceptance can also be viewed on the Pending Trades page by inputting the reference ID of the trade. After they are accepted, they can be viewed on the Past Trades page.

The required Country field is used to identify the country code of the person or system submitting the order using the ISO 3166 two-character code. Block and ECRP trades that include a country code for a comprehensively sanctioned country on either side of the trade will be rejected.

_(Figure: Figure 12. Review Pending Trades)_

Select Past Trades to view all past trades and see whether they were accepted, rejected, or expired.

_(Figure: Figure 13. View Past Received Trades)_

_(Figure: Figure 14. View Sent Trades)_

The required Country field is used to identify the country code of the person or system submitting the order using the ISO 3166 two-character code. Block and ECRP trades that include a country code for a comprehensively sanctioned country on either side of the trade will be rejected.

Trades submitted by users may experience a matching engine rejection, due to a risk limit breach, for example. In the event of a matching engine rejection, the user will receive an email regarding the trade rejection. If notified of a matching engine rejection, please immediately contact the CFE Trade Desk (312-786-8700) for assistance.

#### Entering Derived Block Trades

To input a Derived Block trade, confirm the Futures checkbox is selected. Next, select New or Replace and Derived Block. After that, select the Type (Simple, Spread, Strip), Product (i.e., IBHY, IBIG, IEMD), Instrument/Expiration from the appropriate drop-down menus. Next, enter the Size, Price, and Side (Buy or Sell) of the transaction.

In the Hedge Method drop-down menu, select a method. If selecting Other, enter a description in the Other Description field.

In the Hedge Product(s) field, enter the product(s) in which the hedge(s) took place.

Under Price Calculation Methodology, describe the agreed upon methodology for calculating the price of a Derived Block Trade, including by specifying the amount of any basis, ratio, number, percentage, fraction, or other value to be used in that calculation (maximum 200 characters).

In the Hedge Start Time and Hedge End Time fields, enter the start and end times of the hedging transaction. The current format is HH:MM:SS.

In the Trade Time (Nearest Minute, Central, HH:MM:SS) field, enter the time at which the parties agreed to the items required to be agreed to in advance of consummating a Derived Block Trade. These items include:

- the execution of the transaction will be consummated as a Derived Block Trade;
- the number of contracts to be traded between the parties as part of the Derived Block Trade or the notional value of the Derived Block Trade, which must meet or exceed the applicable Block Trade minimum quantity threshold;
- the product(s) in which the hedging transaction(s) by the Hedging Party relating to the Derived Block Trade will take place;
- the execution methodology for the hedging transaction(s) by the Hedging Party relating to the Derived Block Trade; and
- the methodology for calculating the price of the Derived Block Trade, including specification of the amount of any basis, ratio, number, percentage, fraction, or other value to be used in that calculation.

In the Arrangement Time (Nearest Minute, Central, HH:MM:SS) field, enter the time (if any) at which the parties agreed to enter into the transaction at a later time. This field is optional.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Enter Derived Block Trade)_

#### Manage Entries

Manage Entries enables users to save trade entry data for specific EFIDs and accounts. Submitters and counterparty Authorized Reporters can save the EFID, account, CTI code, Capacity code, OEO ID, and Country Code information for EFIDs and accounts that are commonly used for Block and ECRP trade reporting and acceptance. In addition, submitters and counterparty Authorized Reporters can create nicknames for the EFID, account, CTI code, Capacity code, OEO ID, and Country Code information entered for a specific EFID or account to auto-populate in the referenced fields within the Block and ECRP Trades tool.

Select Manage Entries at the top of the Block/ECRP tool.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Manage Entries)_

Select Add New Entry to populate a new entry.

_(Figure: Figure 2. Add New Entry)_

Or, select Copy User Managed Entries to copy over an entry from another user in your firm.

_(Figure: Figure 3. Copy User Managed Entries)_

_(Figure: Figure 4. Copy User Managed Entries)_

From the Add Party template, users may assign a nickname for an Account profile that is associated with a list of EFIDs used in reporting Block/ECRP trades. Note: Although the list of EFIDs from the drop down contains EFIDs used in Block/ECRP reporting, you may only use the EFID(s) that the authorized reporter has been designated to use for Block/ECRP trading by Cboe Membership services.

In addition, users may add account, clearing account, CTI Code, CMTA, Capacity Operator ID, and Country Code information. Click the Record Sharable box to allow others in your firm to copy over the entry.

_(Figure: Figure 5. Add Party)_

Repeating the process above will allow the Block/ECRP reporter to enter different trade profiles to use with a specific EFID. Use a different nickname to define distinct trade profiles.

### Cancel Orders (Kill Switch)

This tool is specific to the Cboe Futures Exchange and allows for TPHs and Clearing firms to perform order cancellations or Kill Switch (cancel + block) operations. Similar controls exist for equities/options as defined within the Cboe Titanium U.S. Equities/Options Web Portal Port Controls Specification.

This CFE specific tool allows the user to cancel existing orders and block new orders. Clearing firms are restricted to only Cancel and/or Block Orders by EFID, but TPHs can also utilize the tool to cancel individual orders or narrow down the search by filling in additional filters. The Operator ID field must be populated with the Order Entry Operator ID in order to cancel open orders/quotes or to initiate a kill switch. This application has the following features.

Cancel by Order ID: Cancel individual orders one at a time by supplying the Order ID and clicking submit.

Cancel by EFID: Select one or all EFIDs to determine what orders should be cancelled.

- Additional Filters: In order to narrow down the results further, the following filters can be utilized in addition to the EFID.
  - Port Sub ID
  - Asset (Options, Futures, Both)
  - Product (i.e. VX, VU, VA)
  - Symbol (Cboe Symbol ID)
  - Clearing Account
  - Order Type (Complex or Simple)
  - Time in Force (GTC or Day)

Kill Switch: The Kill Switch allows clearing firms and TPHs to cancel all existing orders/quotes and optionally block all new orders/quotes at the EFID level. A clearing firm that enables the Kill Switch to block new orders/quotes will be required to contact the Trade Desk to remove the order block if they wish for their associated TPH(s) to resume sending new orders or quotes. A TPH may release a self-imposed kill switch (order block) by sending the appropriate BOE/FIX message to reset.

### Trade Entry Tool

The Trade Entry tool is specific to the Cboe Options Exchange (C1). This tool allows users to enter the other side of unmatched trades after identifying them in the Unmatched Trade Tool. Users can be assigned Clearing Firm or Broker Group authorization. Clearing Firm authorization allows a user to enter trades for all EFIDs related to a clearing firm. Broker group authorization allows a user to enter trades for permissioned EFIDs. A maximum of ten (10) trades may be entered on a single page.

For every trade a user must populate the following required fields: Floor Acronym (broker), Broker ID (clearing firm), Quantity, Put/Call, Class, Expiration Day, Expiration Price Dollar, Expiration Price Fractional/Cents, Penny Price Dollar, Penny Price Fractional/Cents, and Reason. Tab through the screen to navigate the required fields.

The Trade Entry tool will provide the StrategyID (FIX Tag 22002) from the original trade when the Original ExecID for Reversal and Original Side for Reversal fields are populated.

### Volume History

The Volume History tool for Cboe Equities Exchanges is part of the Premium Exchange Tools suite. See Premium Exchange Tools for more information.

Volume History provides a summary of your activity by year, month, and day for each exchange. Click on any day in the report to see symbol level detail. Total volume, add volume, remove volume, and routed volume are included in the report, which can be downloaded in .csv format.

### MWCB Test Attestation Tool

The MWCB Test Attestation tool supports all Cboe-affiliated US Equities Exchanges. Firms designated as mandatory participants of industry-wide Market-Wide Circuit Breaker (MWCB) testing, per individual notification by Cboe, must submit a MWCB test attestation form using the MWCB Test Attestation Tool within one business day following test completion.

_(Figure: Figure 1. MWCB Test Attestation Tool)_

### DR Test Contact Tool

The Disaster Recovery (DR) Test Contact tool supports all Cboe-affiliated US Options, Equities, and CFE Exchanges. Firms designated as mandatory participants of industry-wide BCP/DR testing, per individual notification by Cboe, must submit at least one test day contact using the DR Test Contact Tool prior to the test day.

_(Figure: Figure 1. Disaster Recovery (DR) Test Contact Tool)_

### EFID/OCC ID Clearing Association Tool

The EFID/OCC ID Clearing Association tool supports all Cboe-affiliated US Options Exchanges and is used to configure replacement OCC clearing numbers for electronic, non-floor eligible Market-Maker Option quotes and trades based on EFID and underlying symbol.

Any order or trade records will reflect the configured OCC clearing number and will clear at the OCC in the replacement clearing account. If no replacement OCC clearing number is configured in the EFID/OCC ID Clearing Association tool for that symbol, no replacement will be made and the OCC clearing number associated with the EFID on the order or quote will be used for OCC clearing.

Customers can select any future effective trading date but cannot make intraday changes. Updates must be completed by 5:00 p.m. ET the previous day to become effective for the next trading day. Firms utilizing this functionality should collate invoice records from multiple OCC clearing numbers to a single EFID in any EFID-based reports from Cboe.
